Pétanque in Pakistan

Pakistan is one of the longer-established Asian members of the Fédération Internationale de Pétanque et Jeu Provençal (FIPJP), with a federation founded in 2002, several years before the wave of newer Central Asian members such as Kazakhstan (2019) and Kyrgyzstan (2022), and a decade before fellow South Asian member Bangladesh (2017). The Pakistan Petanque Sports Boules Federation is based in the port city of Karachi and became a FIPJP member in 2006.

Per FIPJP's own nation record, the Pakistan Petanque Sports Boules Federation was founded in 2002 and became a FIPJP member in 2006. Its registered siege social is at D-14, First Floor, Nazish Apartment, 7-D-4, Near Andamore, North Karachi, Pakistan. The federation is led by president M. Din Muhammad Keerio, with correspondence also handled at the head office by secretary general Noushad Ahmed Khan.
