Bonetto has built an unusual dual mixed-doublette record. Partnering Sandrine Poinsot, he won the 2022 European Mixed Doublette Championship in S'Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands, rolling through the tournament with lopsided scorelines including 13-0 wins over Denmark and Slovakia and a 13-1 semifinal win over the host Netherlands. In French domestic competition, partnering his wife Marine Bonetto (née Tur), he won back-to-back French Mixed Doublette titles in 2022 and 2023 - two entirely separate mixed-doublette careers running in parallel, one international and one domestic, each with a different partner.

Masters de Pétanque: Three Titles

Bonetto has been one of the most consistent winners on the Masters de Pétanque tour, a made-for-television team circuit contested by rotating French squads. He won the title in 2019 and again in 2021, then added a third in 2025 as part of "Team Bonetto" alongside Ludovic Montoro, Christophe Sarrio and Yohan Cousin - a Levallois-stage win built on a Cousin carreau, followed by a 13-4 Final Four win over a strong Madagascar side at La Talaudière. He won all five of his qualifying matches in the men's tête-à-tête, then beat Italy's Andrea Chiapello 13-11 in the final after trailing 6-11 - a comeback Sportmag called the defining moment of France's campaign. It was the only gold medal France won in Lorca across all five disciplines it entered. In men's doublette, partnering Yohan Cousin, Bonetto had a rockier run: their pairing survived an 8-1 near-collapse against Luxembourg's Claudio Contardi and Adrien Daunois in the round of 16 before storming back to win 13-8, then lost 11-13 to eventual champions Italy in the semifinal, taking bronze.
